SSC Result 2024 Bangladesh
On Sunday, May 12th, at 10:00 AM, Education Minister Mahibul Hassan Chowdhury Nawfel presented the summary of results and statistics to the Prime Minister at the Ganobhaban.
Following that, the formal unveiling of the results for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exams will be conducted by the Prime Minister. Subsequently, at 11:00 AM, the results will be published collectively by each educational institution and online.
After the publication of results, students will be able to access their results via the websites of the education boards and through SMS. On the website, by entering their roll number, registration number, selecting the exam name, year, and education board, they can click the submit button to know their results. This directive was issued by Professor M. Abu Bakar, the Controller of Examinations of the Dhaka Education Board, in a signed office order.
To obtain institution-based result sheets, students need to visit the board's website and enter the Educational Institute Identification Number (EIIN) after clicking on the result corner. Then they can download the result sheet of that educational institution.
Additionally, results can also be obtained via SMS on mobile phones. In the message option, by typing SSC followed by the first three letters of the board's name, followed by the roll number, space, and then the year of passing, and sending it to 16222, results can be known. For example, typing SSC Dha 123456 2024 and sending it to 16222 will provide the result via SMS.
In the SSC, Dakhil, SSC (Vocational), and Dakhil (Vocational) examinations of 2024, there were a total of 20,24,192 examinees, which is approximately 48,000 fewer examinees compared to the previous year.
This year, the theoretical examinations of SSC under nine general education boards started on February 15th and ended on March 12th. Practical examinations concluded on March 20th. The theoretical examination of Dakhil under the Madrasa Education Board started on March 14th, and practical examinations ended on March 21st. Similarly, the theoretical examinations of SSC and Vocational under the Technical Education Board ended on March 12th, and practical examinations concluded on March 21st.
Recently, the Ministry of Education announced in a press release that on May 12th (Sunday) at 10:00 AM, the results and statistics of this year's SSC and equivalent examinations will be handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Ganobhaban. Later, the Education Minister will hold a press conference to elaborate on the details of the results.

Currently, the first and biggest public examination in Bangladesh is the SSC and equivalent examination. The SSC and equivalent examination 2024 started on 15th February 2024 and ended on 12th March 2024. Traditionally, the results are published within 60 days of the completion of any public examination in Bangladesh. Accordingly, the results of SSC and equivalent examinations are going to be published by 12 May 2024.
